Steve Earley is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in business development and global strategic engagements across various sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology. Based in Virginia, he leverages Valenta’s expertise in consulting and digital transformation to drive business growth and innovation, drawing on his deep knowledge in business operations and cybersecurity.
Previously, Steve led significant client-facing roles, including overseeing Amazon Web Services’ Customer Audit Program and managing cybersecurity consulting services. His career also includes managing a $100M defense contract with DISA and serving as CISO for major banks and a government agency. A retired Commander in the U.S. Navy, Steve holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
